BCAS
Bangladesh Centre for Advanced Studies is a leading independent, non-profit research and policy institute established in 1986, working on sustainable development through interdisciplinary analysis of environment, climate change, governance, and poverty. BCAS conducts environmental assessments, climate vulnerability research, and spatial analysis for government and international donor-funded programs. Environmental scientists and GIS analysts at BCAS engage in climate change adaptation research, biodiversity assessment, EIA studies, and policy advocacy with a strong focus on Bangladesh's coastal and deltaic environments.
